Please include the design, colour, flavour, size etc and date of collection, and we will get back to you ASAP within 24hours!

Lead time of 3 days for standard cakes and mini cakes / 7 days for customized cakes.
Urgent orders subject to slot availability, we will turn down all orders once maximum capacity is reached.

ADDITIONAL $15 CHARGE APPLIES FOR ORDER WITH LESS THAN 3 DAYS LEAD TIME.
i.e Order for thursday to be placed by Monday 2359

We do NOT quote over phone calls.

Make Payment
- We will quote you a price for your customized cakes, your order will be confirmed only after full payment has been made.

-We will send you a confirmation after we have received the payment for offline payments.
-No refunds will be entertained regardless after order is confirmed.
-Any cancellation will be stored as credit.
-Any postpone in date or cancellations do inform us 72 hours prior otherwise the order will be voided without any credits or refunds.

- Changes from self collection to delivery will require min 24 hour notice from date of collection.
- For Changes made less than 24Hour in advanced, delivery will be charged at $25 flat rate.

Doorstep Delivery
- Free delivery with minimum spend of $150
​
- FLEXI DELIVERY $20 flat rate regardless of area
10-3PM or 2-6PM
Take note for flexi delivery no fixed time can be promised, will be delivered within that time frame, just ensure someone will be around to receive for you.
Feel free to contact us on that day to check the more exact timing of arrival.

- $10 for orders above $150
- Free fixed timing delivery above $250
- (1 hour time slot, 8AM – 10PM)
